History
Lifestronics, Inc. was incorporated in 1997 as
Investronics, Inc., a Delaware corporation specializing in IT
infrastructure and Web services. In 2002, Lifestronics, Inc. and
Investronics, Inc. merged and the new company became Lifestronics,
Inc., a North Carolina corporation. Lifestronics, Inc. expanded the
services to include scientific application and Linux technology.
In 2003, Lifestronics, Inc. was certified as a
Small Disadvantageous Business (SDB) by U.S. Small Business
Administration (SBA). At the same time, Lifestronics, Inc. was
certified as a SBA 8(a) business development program participant.
